We use Royal Mail tracked services for physical orders. Delivery charges are shown at checkout and are based on your destination and, for international orders, the total shipping weight of your basket.

UK Delivery

Free Standard Tracked Delivery is applied automatically at checkout when the UK order value reaches £30. Express Tracked Delivery remains available as a paid upgrade.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 are delivery aims rather than guaranteed delivery services. Remote areas, islands, public holidays and service disruption may extend delivery times.

Digital Gift Cards

Altum Gift Cards are delivered digitally by email and do not incur a delivery charge.

International Delivery

International physical orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked where available. Royal Mail's current delivery aim is approximately 3–5 working days within Europe and 5–7 working days worldwide. Customs processing and the destination country's local delivery network can extend these times.

International rates are calculated automatically at checkout from the destination and basket weight. Our current enabled Royal Mail zones are:

The exact amount within each range depends on the total shipping weight of the order. Our checkout weight bands include an allowance for packing materials and are designed around Royal Mail's International Tracked parcel bands up to 2kg.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to import VAT, customs duty, tariffs, postal handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country or required by the carrier.

Unless checkout expressly states that these charges have been prepaid, they are the responsibility of the customer and are separate from the delivery charge paid to Altum Naturals.

For destinations where Royal Mail requires duties or destination charges to be paid by the sender before dispatch, we may contact you to collect the applicable amount before the order is shipped.

International Orders & Local Rules

Customers placing an international order are responsible for checking that the products they purchase can lawfully be imported, received, possessed and used in their destination country.

The availability of an international delivery option at checkout should not be treated as confirmation that a particular product is permitted under the destination country's laws or customs rules.

If an order cannot be dispatched because a required carrier service is unavailable or mandatory shipping information cannot be provided, we will contact you.

Tracking

When a physical order is dispatched, we will normally send a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and a link to the relevant tracking service.

Dispatch & Delivery Delays

Orders are processed on working days. Delivery aims begin from dispatch rather than from the moment an order is placed.

Delivery estimates do not include delays caused by customs clearance, severe weather, carrier disruption, local postal delays, public holidays, peak periods, incomplete addresses or events outside our reasonable control.
