These Terms & Conditions govern your use of cbdaltum.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of products through our online store.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Site or placing an order.

By using our Site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. When you place an order with us, additional terms relating to your purchase, including our Returns & Refunds Policy and Shipping & Delivery information, may also apply.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

Our CBD products are intended for adults aged 18 years and over.

By purchasing an age-restricted product from our Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to purchase the relevant product.

We reserve the right to use reasonable age-verification measures and may refuse or cancel an order where we cannot satisfactorily verify a customer's age.

You must also ensure that any products you purchase are lawful for you to purchase, possess and use in the country or territory where you are located.

3. Use of Our Website

You may use our Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

You must not use the Site:

  • In breach of any applicable law or regulation
  • For fraudulent or unlawful purposes
  • To transmit viruses, malware or other harmful code
  • To attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Site, servers, systems or customer accounts
  • To interfere with, damage or disrupt the operation or security of the Site
  • To impersonate another person or provide false or misleading information
  • To attempt to obtain information or data through unauthorised means

We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access to our Site where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or where necessary to protect our customers, systems or business.

4. Products & Product Information

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, ingredients, strengths, quantities, prices and other information displayed on our Site are accurate.

However, minor differences may occur between product images displayed online and the physical product you receive, including differences caused by packaging updates, screen settings or manufacturing changes.

Product packaging, labels or presentation may occasionally change without affecting the essential characteristics of the product.

If we discover a significant error relating to a product you have ordered, we will take appropriate steps and, where necessary, contact you.

All products are subject to availability.

5. CBD Product Information

CBD products available through our Site are sold as consumer products and should be used in accordance with the information and directions provided with the relevant product.

Information provided on cbdaltum.com, including information contained within product descriptions, guides, articles, FAQs and other educational content, is provided for general informational purposes.

It is not intended to constitute medical advice.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

You should seek appropriate professional advice if you have questions about whether a product is suitable for you, particularly if you:

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Take prescription or other medication
  • Have an existing medical condition
  • Are receiving medical treatment
  • Have concerns about using CBD or other supplements

Do not disregard professional medical advice because of information you have read on our Site.

6. Placing an Order

When you place an order through our Site, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

After placing an order, you may receive an acknowledgement confirming that we have received it.

An order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

A contract between you and Altum Naturals Ltd is formed when we accept your order, normally by sending confirmation that your order has been accepted or dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order before acceptance where reasonably necessary.

This may include situations involving:

  • Products being unavailable
  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Payment authorisation problems
  • Suspected fraud or misuse
  • Failed age verification where applicable
  • Delivery restrictions
  • An obvious error on our Site

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount due using the appropriate payment method.

7. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Adding an item to your shopping basket does not reserve that product.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you where appropriate and arrange a refund for any unavailable item for which payment has already been taken.

We may introduce, change or discontinue products from time to time.

8. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP / £) unless otherwise stated.

Altum Naturals Ltd is not currently registered for VAT. Therefore, VAT is not currently charged separately on our sales.

If our VAT status changes, our pricing and relevant information will be updated accordingly.

We take reasonable care to ensure prices displayed on our Site are correct.

If we discover an obvious pricing error, we are not required to supply a product at an incorrect price where the error could reasonably have been recognised as a mistake.

Where an error affects an order, we may contact you to provide the option of purchasing at the correct price or cancelling the affected item or order.

9. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Available payment methods may change from time to time.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not directly store complete payment card details on our own servers.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided when placing an order.

Orders may be subject to payment authorisation, fraud prevention and other security checks.

10. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom and offer tracked international delivery to selected destinations.

For UK orders, Standard Tracked Delivery uses Royal Mail Tracked 48 and costs £4.99 on qualifying orders under £30. Free Standard Tracked Delivery applies to qualifying UK orders of £30 or more. Express Tracked Delivery uses Royal Mail Tracked 24 and costs £5.99. The rates and services available for your order are confirmed at checkout.

International delivery charges are calculated according to the destination and basket shipping weight using our enabled Royal Mail international zones. International physical orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked where available.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery may be affected by customs processing, postal disruption, weather, public holidays, local delivery networks and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and any contact information required by the carrier. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays or additional costs.

For current delivery services, rates and estimated delivery times, please see our Shipping & Delivery page.

11. International Orders

Customers placing an international order are responsible for checking that the products ordered may lawfully be imported, received, possessed and used in the destination country.

International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import VAT, customs duty, tariffs, postal handling charges or other destination-specific fees.

Unless checkout expressly states that these charges have been prepaid, they are the responsibility of the customer and are separate from the delivery charge paid to Altum Naturals.

Where a carrier requires duties or destination charges to be paid by the sender before dispatch, we may contact you to collect the applicable amount before the order is shipped.

The availability of an international delivery option at checkout does not by itself confirm that a particular product is permitted under the laws or customs rules of the destination country.

12. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Your rights to cancel an order, return products or receive a refund depend on the circumstances and applicable UK consumer law.

For eligible online purchases, consumers may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to certain exceptions.

Our own Returns & Refunds Policy may provide additional rights beyond the statutory minimum, including our stated 30-day returns period for eligible products.

Certain products may be excluded from return once opened or unsealed where an applicable legal exception applies, including where products are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.

This does not affect your legal rights where goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details, including how to request a return or cancellation.

Nothing in our Returns & Refunds Policy or these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights.

13. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives damaged, is faulty, has been supplied incorrectly or does not match its description, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We may ask you to provide information or photographs that reasonably help us understand the issue.

Your rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods are protected by applicable UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects those statutory rights.

14. Promotions & Discount Codes

From time to time, we may offer promotions, discounts or promotional codes.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Promotions are subject to availability
  • Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Only one promotional code may be used per order unless stated otherwise
  • Promotions may have specific eligibility requirements or expiry dates
  • Promotional codes must be entered correctly at checkout
  • Promotions may exclude particular products or categories

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary, provided this does not affect orders already accepted where the promotion was validly applied.

15. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content available on cbdaltum.com, including:

You may use our Site for your personal, non-commercial use.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish or commercially exploit our content without permission, except where permitted by law.

16. Reviews & User-Submitted Content

Where our Site allows customers to submit reviews, comments or other content, you are responsible for the content you submit.

You must not submit content that is:

  • False or deliberately misleading
  • Defamatory
  • Abusive, threatening or discriminatory
  • Unlawful
  • Infringing on another person's intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Spam or unauthorised advertising

We may moderate or remove submitted content where reasonably necessary, including where it breaches these Terms or applicable law.

Submitting a review does not transfer ownership of your original content to us, but you grant us permission to display and use that content in connection with our website and business, subject to applicable law.

17. Third-Party Links & Services

Our Site may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.

These links are provided for information or convenience and do not necessarily mean that we endorse the third-party website, service or its content.

We are not responsible for independent third-party websites, their availability, content or privacy practices.

You should review the terms and privacy policies of third-party websites before using them or providing personal information.

18. Privacy & Cookies

We are committed to protecting your personal information and handling it responsibly.

Our Privacy Policy explains how Altum Naturals Ltd collects, uses, stores and protects personal information.

Our Cookie Policy explains how cookies and similar technologies are used on our Site and how you can manage your preferences.

These policies should be read alongside these Terms & Conditions.

19. Our Responsibility to You

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Breach of rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted
  • Any other liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded

If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or our failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law.

We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

Our products and Site are supplied primarily for private consumer use. Unless otherwise agreed, we are not responsible for business losses such as loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity or business interruption arising from consumer purchases.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.

20. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These may include events such as:

  • Severe weather
  • Transport or postal disruption
  • Natural disasters
  • Government action
  • Industrial disputes
  • Telecommunications or internet failures
  • Disruption affecting suppliers or delivery providers

Where such an event affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and communicate with you where appropriate.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

21. Website Availability

We aim to keep our Site available and functioning correctly but cannot guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

We may temporarily suspend, withdraw or restrict parts of the Site where reasonably necessary for:

  • Maintenance
  • Security
  • Technical updates
  • System improvements
  • Circumstances outside our control

We may also change or update website content and functionality from time to time.

22. Changes to These Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to:

  • Our products or services
  • Our website
  • Our business practices
  • Technology
  • Legal or regulatory requirements

The Terms that apply to your purchase will generally be those in effect when the relevant contract is formed.

Changes to these Terms will not normally apply retrospectively to orders already accepted unless required by law.

The latest version will be published on this page with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

24. No Waiver

If we delay or fail to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions, this does not mean that we have waived our right to enforce that provision later.

25. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any contract between you and Altum Naturals Ltd are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you will retain any mandatory protections available to you under applicable consumer law.

If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also have rights to bring proceedings in the courts applicable to where you live.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of any mandatory rights or protections provided by applicable law.
